Responsibilities:
Learning and Performance Strategy (40%) Develop a learning and performance strategy that optimizes effectiveness and minimizes costs. Set an ambitious vision that engages the organization and links directly to the business strategy and drive that vision through influence and collaboration. Develop a content curriculum in collaboration with the Field that aligns with AoA strategic priorities and supports sales growth throughout the entire Network Bring best in class adult learning principles to the organization and identify opportunities to apply them towards technical and soft skills training in a creative, holistic, and strategic way. Develop dealership personnel to be a core competitive component of our retail strategy. Enable and empower them to deliver on the premium customer experience required by our customers and our business objectives. Build the necessary dealership capabilities to support organizational transformation and the Strategy 2025 initiatives. Assess capability gaps and build a business case for opportunities. Define priorities and construct and learning roadmap. Develop a targeted, segmented strategy that addresses those areas of greatest need and greatest impact as a first priority. Expand training view to support dealership growth into new business models, new customer expectations, and new retail landscape changes. These could include, but are not limited to, BEV adoption, business transformation, luxury modern retail, seamless omnichannel customer experiences, etc. Support the AoA organization in launching new products, services, and strategic initiatives by leveraging development, training and communication opportunities with the Field and Dealer Network Be viewed as a strategic resource for AoA's product and sales skills development needs. Present an annual learning and performance needs assessment that aligns with organizational priorities. Adopt an expansive view of learning and development that includes in-person, digital, self-led, webinar style, and communications resources, among other methods. Align with Audi AG and coordinate on centralized product programming to support vehicle launches. Align with Audi Canada and coordinate on centralized training as benefits the AoA organization. Execution and Measurement (60%) Develop learning and performance journeys that improve the ability of the Field sales teams to deliver on their objectives and support overall AoA goals. Pilot innovative ideas. Deploy a variety of learning methods in a purposeful way. Leverage social technologies in learning design as well as coaching and mentoring, informal learning, on the job instruction, action-based learning, digital learning, communications, gaming, etc to optimize AoA training revenue. Incorporate best practices in Train the Trainer pedagogy to improve the effectiveness of AoA's existing training and development resources. Provide and communicate an annual and quarterly learning and development plan, incorporating input from Regional training teams. Flexibly adapt the plan throughout the year in response to business needs, KPIs, and learning and performance outcomes. Measure the impact of learning, development, and training on the business. Implement true performance metrics reflective of actionable learning retention that aligns with the organization's strategic and business performance KPIs. Ensure the team's actions influence business goals, change behavior, and positive impact processes. Communicate results. Develop and implement Internal AoA training curriculum designed to create Audi Brand ambassadors Manage, track and update function budget. Source appropriate vendors and technologies. Oversee learning and performance team. Ensure they are informed, prepared, and motivated. Serve as a model of the AoA organizational values. Develop and maintain a relevant and updated centralized learning repository accessible by all relevant stakeholders. Manage the overall portfolio of learning content to ensure efficient and strategic utilization of assets by dealer staff and in-dealer trainers. Grow robust and collaborative communication channels within the Field, AoA, Audi AG, NAR, and VW Group. Years of
Experience:
Min 10 years of experience with OEM, automotive retail, luxury customer experience, or equivalent industry, related to business operations and learning and development. Min 3 years of learning and development management experience Min 4 years of educational experience and a strategic point of view on best practices for adult education within a professional environment Education:
Bachelors Degree Masters Degree (desired) Skills:

Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
